• Service fees and booking charges are non-refundable

Prices displayed on our platform are provided by travel suppliers and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund.

Refunds are processed according to the travel supplier's policies. Refund processing times may vary from 7-30 business days depending on the payment method and supplier. Travosuite service fees are generally non-refundable.

• Arrive at departure points on time
